Never miss a parcel again.
If a delivery fails and you are unavailable, our AI-powered routing system will automatically redirect the driver to a nearby verified Holldr user.
This ensures a secure handover of your parcel, making it safely available for collection at a time that suits you.

How Holldr works
1. Delivery attempt fails
If the courier can’t deliver, the parcel is flagged for Holldr rerouting.
2. Parcel reroutes to a verified "Holldr" nearby
Holldr finds a nearby verified neighbour who’s opted in to receive parcels.
3. Recipient collects securely with proof of handover
The recipient gets collection details and a secure handover is logged for the audit trail.

FAQs
A few quick answers before you sign up to start helping your neighbours.
What is a Holldr?
A Holldr is a verified neighbour who agrees to receive and hold parcels for people nearby, making collection safer and easier for everyone.
How are Holldrs verified?
We run rigorous identity and address checks, alongside interviews in some cases, before someone is invited to join the network.
Is the handover secure?
Yes. Every parcel is logged, and recipients must provide a unique collection code to the Holldr to verify they are the correct person.
How long are parcels held?
We ask Holldrs to store parcels for up to 72 hours. If it's not collected, the parcel is processed and returned to the courier.
Do you have an app?
Coming soon! Our app will launch in April and will be available on both Android and iOS.
How much can I earn?
You could earn over £200 a month, depending on how often you’re available and how many parcels you accept. Rewards are paid directly into your in-app cash wallet.
